I​f you are interested in learning about Somatics and learning the Somatics exercise movements then why not join me, Martin Blows, in a class.​​
Classes are run locally in Leamington Spa in Warwickshire.
It's a great way to learn about your own body and muscles and to improve your own movement
Classes are small, no more than 8 people so you get lots of personal attention.  They vary in length from and hour to two hours, depending on the kind of class you are attending. I work with you, explaining the movements and helping you to do them properly and sense the muscles you are using. You will get written copies of the exercises and a practice schedule for working on your own at home, and I often supply audios of the exercises to listen to as you do them.
​Somatics is not about working up a sweat or stretching muscles beyond their comfort zone.  Movements are done slowly and gently giving you time to sense and release tight muscles.
Dress is casual, you only need loose clothing and a pilates or yoga mat
